Sessions cost £150 and are 90 minutes.
A first meeting enables the client to discuss their needs and establish their desired outcomes from coaching, it allows them to set goals where appropriate. It allows both parties to check that they can work well and effectively together.
First meetings are carried out, without obligation, and cost £100 for 90 minutes.
